The studio-apartment on the ground floor has an independent private entrance directly from the street. On a 40sqm living space it is composed of a large single room with built-in kitchen, closets, a large dining and living area with 2 single sofa beds. The double bed is located at the end of the room, in a corner with a vaulted ceiling, close to the bathroom (with shower) and is separated from the kitchen, dining and living area by a curtain. The apartment is fully equipped including TV, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The apartment with terrace on the second and third floor is accessed through a charming entrance with columns and arches, and a large and sunny staircase. The apartment offers a living area of about 80 sqm and a 10 sqm terrace. On the second floor there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a living room with a double sofa bed (all three rooms have a balcony) and a bathroom with shower (with laundry machine and tumble dryer). On the third floor, reached by a wooden staircase, there is a double bedroom with a roof window (max height 2,2 mt), a small mansard veiled by sliding curtains (max height 2,20 mt) with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace - full of sun and evergreen plants - with a picturesque view on the roofs of Ortigia. The apartment has been renovated using old and precious materials and has been carefully furnished. It is fully equipped including air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVset and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
