The apartment is located at the groundfloor of an ancient
town-house on the Lungomare di Ortigia (see red arrow on the central image)
only a few meters away from the sea wall and the lido di Forte Vigliena,
where one can take a dip in the limpid waters of the Ionian Sea. The apartment
has an independent entrance directly from the street and a magnificent
view on the sea; it has been renovated recently using precious local materials
and are equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
